Last Halloween i was interviewed on Ch8 news

I had the chance to be interviewed for a news segment about Halloween makeup trends in Singapore last year. It was such a fun and surreal experience seeing my work featured in the Mandarin news! Thankfully they allowed me to do the interview in English, because i have no idea how to translate any of the makeup terms.

The reporter asked me about this year’s demand, and I shared how special effects makeup has doubled in bookings, especially since Halloween coincided with Deepavali, bringing even more celebrations across the island. From corporate parties to family gatherings, people really wanted bold, creative looks to stand out.
